Is The Clever Crocodile a large business?

No, not at all. It's just me in my spare room at home. All my downloadable learning resources have been designed and made by my own fair hand in my little office.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

You can either pay via PayPal, or debit / credit card. When paying through PayPal, please ensure that your postal address is correct, so as to not hold up the despatch of your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow 7 working days for your learning resources to be despatched. However, I always aim to get orders out as soon as possible, but I say 7 days maximum if it is a busy period. All orders are posted out via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. If your order total is over £40 then you will need to sign for your order.

What if my order goes missing in the post?

Delivery can sometimes take up to a week, but it is normally a couple of days. If you have not received your order within 7 days of the despatch notification, please contact me and let me know. Unfortunately, I can not offer a refund, but I will remake your order and send it out no later than 1 working day after it has been acknowledged that it is missing.

I'm not sure what items to order for my child(ren). What can you recommend?

It is hard to offer recommendations on the products that are best suited to your child. Only you know what's best for your child. My products are categorised by school year so you can sort them into learning resources for KS1, KS2 and reception. All age ranges of products are just a guide, as some children may be slightly behind, or even advanced for their age. The best thing to do is look at the "Shop All Products" tab on my website and see which items you think your child would like to use, or areas of improvement that may have been suggested by a teacher. The main thing is that your child enjoys using the products that you purchase, as this is a great way for kids to learn in an interactive way.

Terms and conditions

I will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days. I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have a problem with your order. The following items can not be returned or exchanged - Personalised orders - Digital downloads Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. The item needs to be returned in brand new, unused condition.

What is your privacy policy?

All transactions are subject to the privacy policy. I will maintain the security and confidentiality of any data and information given. I agree to comply with the data protection laws. I will not use email and address information from customers unless agreed with by the customer.
